Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and general enquiries
- Greet and serve clients and visitors in a professional manner
- Handle correspondence including mails and couriers
- Manage conference room bookings
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sizable companies
- Diploma holder or above
- Fluency in English & Cantonese is a MUST, plus conversational Mandarin
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Mature, helpful, self-motivated with pleasant personality and able to work as a team
- Well organized, attentive to detail and strong sense of responsibility
- Hands-on PC knowledge including MS Office
