Job Description
Job Highlights:
- Project Administration
- Ad-hoc tasks support
- 0-1 year working experience
- Fresh Graduates are also be considered
Responsibilities:
- Provide full spectrum of administrative support to Project Team and the Office
- Prepare project documentation, correspondence and reports
- Keep the Project Team and stakeholders informed for project status, issues and updates
- Coordinate with internal & external parties to ensure project completion
- Ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in any discipline
- Experience in project management is preferred but not essential
- Strong in MS Office, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Proficient in both spoken & written English, Chinese
- Responsible, self-motivated and detail oriented
- Immediate or short notice available is highly preferred
