Responsibilities

• Provide secretarial and administrative support for Sales Team
• Consolidate sales figures, update and renew the sales agency
• Coordinate and arrange work related meetings
• Prepare onsite kit and fair arrangements particularly on ticketing issues
• Provide assistance for on-site operations and logistics (including Tea Fair, Beauty & Wellness Expo, Food Expo and Wine Expo)

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma holder with a minimum of 3 years' solid experience preferably on event management, sales and marketing or tourism
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills, detail-minded and well-organized on the job
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese word-processing
• Willing to work overtime and occasionally during weekends/public holiday

Remuneration and Benefits:

The successful candidate will be appointed on a fixed-term contract basis, renewable subject to operational needs. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
