Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls and greeting guests, handle mails and courier
  • Handle office administrative duties including stationery order, facilities and equipment maintenance etc.
  • Handle travel arrangement including hotel, flight ticket and car booking etc.
  • Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above
  • 1-2 years’ administrative experience
  • Good command in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
  • Good Telephone manner, communication and inter-personal skills
  • Proficient in Chinese word processing, MS word and Excel
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Immediate available is highly preferred
