Responsibilities:

• Provide all-rounded administrative support to full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee engagement and training & development
• Assist in end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting, CV screening, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on-boarding arrangement
• Participate in other HR initiatives and projects as required
• Perform any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• University students majoring in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
• Self-starter, detail-minded and well-organized
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
• Able to work for at least two days per week
