The role of the People Lead is to create and grow an engaged, high-performance culture and mind-set across all product teams and functional roles. This will mean working with management, team leads and HR to achieve your goals and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a Studio People plan; including talent management, engagement and culture creation.
• Engage people to strengthen communication and understanding related to goals and objectives—Studio, team and individual.
• Advise and propose action plans to studio leadership on People opportunities and tensions.
• Actively participate in the development and execution of studio-wide training plan.
• Work with the regional HR team to ensure Studio alignment to regional HR strategy.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 8 years of relevant working experience.
• Be a master communicator and facilitator; and proven relationship builder.
• Be self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Demonstrate creativity, passion and independence.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Experience in the game or technology industry preferred.
