Job Description
We are looking for:
- Form 5 or above, preferably with professional insurance qualification
- Good computer skills (MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint) and proficient in Chinese typing
- Good command of Chinese and English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Perform secretarial duties such as manage schedules
- Handle all document management and other administrative functions
- Perform ad hoc and confidential duties and responsibilities as assigned
- Communicate with various departments and customers to ensure smooth daily work
