Job Description

Our client is looking for a Clerical Assistant.  It is a temporary position with a flexible schedule for working at least 3 days a week on a 3-month contract basis. 

Job Description: 

  • Input and update data into HRIS
  • Compile reports and spreadsheets as requested
  • Keep track of all electronic and paper files and maintain an up-to-date filing record
  • Assist with office relocation and different HR initiatives as required

Requirements: 

  • Excellent data input skill, must be fast and accurate in inputting Chinese and English
  • 2-3 years of clerical experience
  • Experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint) and HRIS
  • Good English and Chinese typing skills
  • Must be detail-oriented and communicate clearly with people
  • A good team player and work with minimum supervision
