Responsibilities:

1. To perform a full spectrum of human resources functions including staffing and recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and payroll;
2. To assist in reviewing Association policies and procedures to ensure statutory requirements are incorporated and adhered to;
3. To coordinate and implement employee programmes;
4. To assist in implementing HR projects, activities and events; and
5. To perform ad hoc assignments and other related duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:

1. A recognized University degree in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology or related disciplines;
2. At least 6 years of HR experience gained in sizeable organizations;
3. People-oriented, highly resourceful team-player with the ability to be extremely effective independently;
4. Highly organized, proactive and be able to juggle multiple projects;
5. Meticulous attention to detail and strong coordination and forward thinking capabilities;
6. Knowledge of Employment Ordinance and other related legislations;
7. Proficient in PC applications e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
8. Excellent interpersonal communication and good (Chinese & English) writing skills; and
9. Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Officer.
