Job Description

Our client, an European financial institute is looking for the candidate with the following details: 

Duties: 

  • Supporting the Office Manager in execution of office administrative duty 
  • Stationary and office appliance ordering and replenishment 
  • Supporting the Clients team in logistics arrangement, travel arrangement and booking 
  • Handling the events corporation, gift arrangement, clients' on board arrangement 
  • Preparing reports and PPT presentation 

Requirements 

  • University graduate in BBA or related subjects 
  • 5 years experience in Office Administrative/ team support in a multinational background 
  • Able to handle multi-tasking incl. administrative support/ team support and dealing with customers 
  • Patient and attentive to details 
  • Stable, cooperative and self-motivated 
  • Immediately available is highly recommended
