Job Description
Our client is a well-funded Financial Services Group, an unique opportunity has arisen, they are looking for a Personal Assistant cum Driver (Listed Firm | On Shift | Global Business Trip Required) to direct reporting to their CEO. Interested candidates must be committed to fulfill the rotating roaster required of 3 days work week with 4 rest days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for arranging meeting schedule, business trips, appointment, travel arrangements itinerary and handling personal matters for Top Management (CEO)
- Accompany Top Management to attend social & entertainment events
- Committed with a flexible working hour (16 hours per shift x 3 days + 4 rest days per week)
- Committed to global business travel with CEO is required
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above with solid VIP customer services experiences in a fast pacing and dynamic environment (F&B, Flight attendances, Hotel/Casino VIP services exposure will be an advantages)
- Valid driving license with solid driving experience in Hong Kong
- Good command in English and Mandarin
- Polite and customer-service oriented Mature, presentable, initiative, independent, detail-minded with good interpersonal skills
