Responsibilities

• Provide daily administration support to the Wealth Management team
• Assist Technical Representatives to fulfill license requirements
• Keep track of Immigration cases
• Follow the process of insurance application, policy issue and payment, and fund transactions to ensure they comply with regulatory requirements
• Support sales to prepare selling materials
• Ensure clients are receiving high levels of customer service

 Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration or any other related disciplines
• 2 years or above relevant experience. Exposure in financial industry is a plus
• Independent and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Multi-tasking with good time management, organization, communication & interpersonal skills
• Detail oriented and proactive person
• Good PC skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Good command in written & spoken in English & Chinese
