Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who is open for a new and challenging job.
Job Description
- Reception duties (i.e. greeting and serving guests, mailing order and courier management, inquiries and phone calls);
- Administrative duties (i.e. procurement, facility management and equipment maintenance);
- Daily routine accounting duties (i.e. managing petty cash, cheques and online banking arrangement);
- Manage travel arrangements, visa applications, and business expense reimbursements;
- Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of work experience;
- Strong PC skills, familiar with MS Excel;
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
- Immediately available (preferred).
Working Location: Quarry Bay
