Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who is open for a new and challenging job.

 

Job Description

  • Reception duties (i.e. greeting and serving guests, mailing order and courier management, inquiries and phone calls);
  • Administrative duties (i.e. procurement, facility management and equipment maintenance);
  • Daily routine accounting duties (i.e. managing petty cash, cheques and online banking arrangement);
  • Manage travel arrangements, visa applications, and business expense reimbursements;
  • Ad-hoc projects as assigned.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of work experience;
  • Strong PC skills, familiar with MS Excel;
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Immediately available (preferred).

 

Working Location: Quarry Bay
