Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Human Resources and Administration Teams of the Group
• Supervise the daily operation of full spectrum of human resources and administration activities
• Lead various HR projects including employee recognition program, corporate culture and sustainability program
• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures.
• Drive Compliance Team to run social responsibility program to meet with customer’s requirement
• Undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by Management

 Job Requirements:

• Solid training of Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Over 10 years relevant working experience in PRC manufacturing sector
• Well versed in HK and PRC Employment Ordinance and related regulations
• Station at Panyu factory of PRC
• Strong leadership, detailed mind, well-organized, self-motivated, high integrity and strong interpersonal skill
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
