Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to office operation;
• Coordinate duties with other departments/clients/vendors;
• Assist in applying Government funding;
• Prepare invoices, quotations and/or service contracts;
• Provide daily administrative support and assist in any ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese; 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
• Responsible, punctual, good organizational and communication skills;
• Able to work independently, attention to details and team player are essential;
• Immediate available is highly preferred;
