Responsibilities:

• Provide clerical support for the senior management;
• Prepare meeting agenda, minutes and presentation materials;
• Provide logistical arrangements for meetings and monitor weekly meeting tasks;
• Assist senior management in organizing and coordinating business issues;
• Generate various kind of business reports for management to review;
• Support ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• University graduate;
• Minimum 2 years working experiences in similar position;
• Experience in bilingual translation is an added advantage;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills;
• Proficiency in PC knowledge such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint;
• Responsible, well-organized and able to work independently;
• Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Immediately available is preferred
