Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all round HR but not limited to recruitment and C&B
• Participate in full employee lifecycle from job ad posting, onboarding, engagement and development to offboarding Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with business direction
• Responsible for full spectrum of C&B operations and life cycle of payroll management
• Provide professional advice to line Managers including employee relations, talent development, employee engagement and employer branding. 
• Maintain accuracy staff information and implement a new HRIS system
• Support local HR initiatives and the ongoing improvement in a different HR processes/project as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor Degree or above
• 2 years of relevant all-round HR experience in retail industry
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR practice
• Well-organized, strong sense of responsibility and willing to work in tight deadlines and multi-tasking environment;
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin 
• Candidate with less experience will consider as Assistant HR officer
• Immediate available is highly preferred
