Responsibilities:

• Responsible for front desk daily duties, e.g. handling phone calls and greeting visitors in a professional and pleasant manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mails, whatsapp and wechat messages etc.
• Update social media platform and website
• Prepare daily reports
• Handle all office administration duties such as stationery ordering, drug supplies, consumables supply etc.
• Administer client bookings
• Assistance in general administrative activities and any other duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Holder of High Diploma / Associate Degree or above
• Interest in medical cosmetics
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Putonghua is a must
• Excellent customer services attitude and professional telephone manner
• Be presentable and confident in customer facing role
• Be punctual, independent, pleasant and helpful character
• Self-motivated, reliable character is needed
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Willing to learn, good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, Chinese & English typing
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
• 5.5 days work
