Job Description
Training Manager (Retail Banking); 5day; (13month guarantee package + discretionary bonus)
Our client is a famous banking group in Hong Kong. They are looking for a Training Manager to add to their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, coordinate and deliver training solutions on branch operations, financial services, branch operational risk management and control
- Assess training needs and evaluate effectiveness of training solutions
- Assist in managing the Bank's trainee programmes and other training-related projects
- Coordinate with external consultants on the design and delivery of language courses and other training solutions
Requirements:
- University graduate in Business, Human Resources, Economics, Finance or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years' relevant training or banking experience
- Experience in Retail/Commercial/Corporate Banking is an advantage
- Able to master new knowledge, concepts and ideas quickly and facilitate knowledge sharing
- Good interpersonal, presentation, analytical, problem solving skills and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
