Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviews, offer preparation and negotiation to reference check and on-boarding arrangement for successful candidates
  • Build quality talent pool by exploring new sourcing channels for talents, approaching passive candidates through creative sourcing techniques or networking events
  • Work closely with HR counterparts and hiring managers to get a full understanding of their hiring needs, business objectives and challenges; develop recruitment plans, draft the job description, job posting in right channels and work toward developing a pool of qualified candidates
  • Build employer brand for positive candidate experience from identification stage to on-boarding
  • Conduct market data research and provide recommendation on compensation plans
  • Track statistics and prepare periodic reports to analyse recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for continuous improvement
  • Liaise with IT and service provider in the enhancement and development of HR Talent Management Information System to drive for operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage any talent acquisition related projects or campaigns
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of talent acquisition experience, solid exposure from reputable search firms with focus on technology industry will be a definite advantage
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge to identify sources and channels to recruit best-fit talents
  • Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, reliable and resilient with the ability to handle multi-tasks independently and achieve timelines 
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills and strong influence skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower position
