Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive support to Managing Director
- Perform full spectrum of administrative and secretarial support
- Flexibility to work with last minute changes
- Coordinate meetings and appointment with agents and specialists
- Assist in preparing report and presentation
Requirements:
- Form 7 or above
- Sound IT knowledge, proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Chinese Word Processing and Photoshop, etc.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin both written and spoken
- Relevant solid secretarial experience to work with management but not a MUST
- Strong numerical sense and analytical skills
- Attentiveness, self-initiative, hard-working and responsible with positive attitude
- Able to work under pressure
- Well organized, detail-minded, strong communication and interpersonal skills
