Job Description
Job Descriptions:-
- Provide full secretarial and administrative support to Administrative Team;
- Provide wide range of operational support in Admin. functions;
- Handle reception duties, if needed.
- Handle ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor
Job Requirements:-
- Higher diploma or above in related discipline with 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in written and verbal English, Chinese & Mandarin.
- Good communication skill, interpersonal skill and Strong sense of responsibility.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Application
- IT knowledge is a plus
