Job Description
Our client, a global MNC and a HK-listed company, is urgently seeking an experienced HR Director to oversee and to manage its HR functions (C&B – ORSO, MPF, country-specific mandatory contributions, recruitment, and different HR activities assigned) for the HK and other SE Asia regional offices. Reporting to the GM, he/she will manage different regional team leads to implement and to customized HQ policies at a country level.
Qualifications -
* Degree qualified
* 15+ years of relevant HR experience
* Regional experience is highly desirable
* Familiar with different labor ordinances
* Some regional travel is required
