Job Description

Role & Responsibles:

  • Responsible for performing general adminstrative duties, including answering telphone calls, record keeping, document handling, filing etc
  • To check and refill office supplies such as leaflet, paper, printing supplies
  • Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility & hard working

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in adminstrative or secretarial work.
  • HKCEE / HKDSE or above is perferred
  • With relevant experience will be an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Pleasant, stable, responsible and attentive to details
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficent in MS Office
