Job Description
Role & Responsibles:
- Responsible for performing general adminstrative duties, including answering telphone calls, record keeping, document handling, filing etc
- To check and refill office supplies such as leaflet, paper, printing supplies
- Good communication skills, high sense of responsibility & hard working
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in adminstrative or secretarial work.
- HKCEE / HKDSE or above is perferred
- With relevant experience will be an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Pleasant, stable, responsible and attentive to details
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficent in MS Office
