We are looking to welcome a personable HR Officer to assist with Recruitment to join Pirata Group!

• Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle of Restaurant vacancies from advertising, screening, onboarding and beyond
• You will help build our talent pool and recruiting platforms to attract and engage talent 
• Maintain an accurate recruitment database, providing reports to management 
• Assist in ad hoc projects and administrative support

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
• You will have 1 - 3 years' experience in high volume recruitment, campus recruitment, agency or executive search
• Interest in identifying and engaging with talent
• Responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently but within a supportive team
• Must be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with people from all backgrounds
• Strong communication skills, fluent in English & Cantonese
• Candidates with immediate availability or short notice periods are preferable
