主要職務:   

• 以電話、WhatsApp和電郵回覆客人的要求和疑問
• 處理客人落單服務及一般文書工作
• 與客人跟進服務申請的文件和資料
• 處理現有客戶的服務查詢及續期申請

 職位要求:

• 具良好電話銷售技巧，溝通能力高
• 誠實，主動積極，能夠適應變化
• 能操流利廣東話
• 懂基本電腦操作及中英文打字
• 中學文憑畢業或以上，或有至少一年客戶服務相關的工作經驗
• 歡迎應屆畢業生或無相關經驗者應徵
  

工作時間:

• 5天工作日，銀行假期

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Provide positive service experience to all customers via Phone, WhatsApp and email
• Handling the customer enquires and clerical tasks
• Monitoring the service progress and the after sales services
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• DSE or above, preferably with at least 1 year of working experience in the customer service or related industry, fresh graduates may also be considered
• Fluency in speaking Cantonese, ability to speak and write in English
• Proactive, patient and cheerful personality with good presentation, customer service oriented
• Knowledge in Basic PC skill, Chinese word-processing and Microsoft Office
