Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide all-rounded clerical support to sales team.
- Follow up order processing.
- Maintain records on corporate databases.
- Provide administrative support.
- Handle phone calls and general enquiries.
- Data entry
- Issue delivery orders
- Data Input for inventory movement
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- At least 1 year relevant working experience in clerical support.
- Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese Word Processing.
- Responsible, self-motivated, independent & eager to learn.
- Honest and loyal to the company.
- Working on one Saturday for 1/2 day for every month is required.
