Job Description
Job Duties
- Keep track and maintain general office supplies
- Arrange local company car booking and hotel reservations for business trips
- Handle staff access cards issuance and control
- Maintain security system in/out records
- Handle club membership payments
- Handle service call for photocopiers and toner ordering
- Verify and process expense claims and payments
- Ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- F.5 or above
- 2 years of relevant working experience
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
- Immediately Available is a must
