You are expected to perform BD activities every day in order to build up your client base, fulfil and deliver professional job matching services for your clients and candidates, as well as helping build the company's professional branding through your quality of work.

You will be rewarded above-the-market commission from your placements made with a decent base pay.

Responsibilities:

• Approach and develop new clients through networking, cold/warm calling and events, etc.
• Understand clients' hiring needs and provide guidance and market updates and take the ownership to help them fill the openings
• Research, approach and convince suitable candidates to consider clients' openings and strive to connect both employers and candidates in a professional manner
• Maintain and update client and candidate databases

Requirements:

• 3 years of recruitment/ sales/ BD experience, preferably with recruitment agency experience (not a must)
• Strong motivation to succeed and Self-Starter
• Prior client and candidates networks will be an advantage
• Strong presentation and communication skills in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
• Proficiency with use of social media and applications including Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, etc.
• Willingness to work in a startup environment which requires high flexibility and commitment
