Responsibilities:

•Handle customer enquiries and complaint via hotline with professional manner

•Provide solution for customer enquiries and requests to satisfy need

•Support administration and daily operation to the company

•Responsibility to update client information into system database

•Handle ad-hoc assignments by manager required

Requirements:

•HKCEE, HKDSE or above

•Minimum 1 year experienced in Customer services

•Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

•Detail-minded, sensitive to statistics and independent
