Responsibilities: 

• Maintain and review compliance policies, procedures & practices to ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations and internal policies;
• Perform and review compliance checking on business activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and laws and regulations and develop programs to enhance internal controls.
• Handle licensing applications, staff dealing clearance and licensee’s CPT fulfillment
• Handle enquiries from SFC and prepare various reports as required
• Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assign

Requirements:

• Degree holder with major in law, audit, finance or equivalent
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant working experience in financial industry
• Familiar with the SFO, AMLO and FATCA and their requirements
• Self-motivated, independent, meticulous, analytical and responsible
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
