Our client, a renowned International Bank is urgently looking for different levels of BDO, GPO, ARM, RMs to join their Retail Banking Division.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide excellent one stop banking services to retail customers

• Build and deepen relationship with affluent segment customers through delivering superior customer experience when handling product enquiries, financial transactions and operations
• Promote and market full range of banking products and services to customers
• With the support of investment experts, offer proactive and personalized financial services to the affluent segment customers
• Perform regular customer contact and portfolio review
• Achieve individual's and team's sales targets
• Comply with established policies and procedures to safeguard both bank's and customers' assets

Requirements:

• Degree holder with at least 3 years relevant experiences in consumer banking field
• Good knowledge on AML, KYC and related banking ordinance
• Passed in HKSI 1, 7, 8 or equivalent, IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3 & 5) Examination preferred but NOT a must; holder of CFPCM or CFMP qualifications will be an advantage
• Sound knowledge towards investment market and various banking products
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is preferable
