Job Description
岗位职责：
1、负责寻找潜在投资者，制定投资策略，完成白欧产业基金的基金募集工作；
2、对接中白工业园内入园企业，寻找工业园内或其他欧洲国家相关的优质投资项目，筛选投资机会；指导团队开展项目的前期调研、尽职调查、投资分析等各项投资工作并参与投资决策；
3、进行项目交易架构设计、制订并推进项目投资方案，跟踪投资项目进程、及时跟进项目进展、协调并处理交易过程中的各类问题；
4、执行项目投后管理、控制风险、指导优化投后项目并对接各类资源。
任职要求：
1、金融、经济及管理学等相关专业本科以上学历；
2、7年以上海外股权投资经验，有成功管理境外美元基金的经历和经验；对欧洲资本市场及投资领域有较深刻的理解和认识，具有丰富的相关产业基金直投及投资管理运作经验；
3、具备良好的行业渠道及人脉关系，对直接投资、资本运作拥有一定的社会资源；
4、熟悉资本市场及运作，熟悉相关行业运营及产业政策，熟练掌握公司上市、兼并收购等业务的流程及法规；
5、优秀的团队管理能力及专业素养，善于沟通，责任心强，能承受工作压力；
6、优秀的中英文书面及口头表达能力。
