Our client is a reputable fund management firm and they are actively managing several fund portfolios across the Asia Pacific region. They are currently looking for a Trading Assistant to join their trading team.

Based in Hong Kong, your main tasks are to assist traders, portfolio managers and analysts by providing trade recaps, manual cash and swaps trade bookings and amendments, respond to queries from other teams, timestamp recording, monitor and distribute market news and updates, and provide general administrative support. The role is ideal for those who are willing to learn and has a good career path for strong performers.

To qualify, you must have 2 - 3 years of trading desk experience in Asian Equities market with strong academic results of at least a cumulative GPA of 3.5. You must be a self-starter who’s strong in multitasking, has great communication in English and solid organizational skills. You will also need to be able to work independently as well as in a team.
