• Respond for directing high-level financial activities for the group companies and guild the companies towards profitability and long-term success
• Respond for assessing the financial performance of the group companies and possible risks and investments;
• Oversee tasks such as collecting information about revenue and expenses and distributing money to different departments for purchases.
• Conduct analysis of financial performance, tracking budgets, planning schedules for delivering projects, integrating results to improve finance strategy.
• Work with corporate leadership to develop corporate and divisional planning, review, and forecasting.
• Drive business development by acquiring and tracking portfolios.
• Organize to detail when implementing new financial programs,
• Retain constant awareness of group companies’ financial position and act to prevent problems;
• Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis
• Closely work well with government agencies and their representatives;
• Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirements崗位要求

• Bachelor degree or above in Accounting / Finance or related disciplines;
• Professional Qualification in CFA or HKICPA, and Member of HKICS/ICSA;
• At least 10 years’ experience in Director of Finance / CFO position gained in IPO, M&A, and Commercial Real Estate are highly preferable; or relevant experience from sizable investment firms and/or investment banks are also considered;
• Work well and good networking with government agencies and their representatives;
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws and best practices worldwide;
• Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting
• Good knowledge in Company Ordinance, Listing Rules, SFC Ordinance and other compliance regulators;
• Good knowledge in the compliance and procedures in common jurisdictions, accounting standards, taxation, customs, etc, including Hong Kong, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands and the PRC;
• Possess rich experience in SFC regulated licensed corporation carrying out type 1, 4, 6, and 9 regulated activities is preferred;
• Knowledgeable on corporate governance and investor relations;
• Strong interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the group companies and with staff at remote locations essential;
• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses;
• High level of integrity and dependability with strong sense of urgency and results-orientation, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
• Possess excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, Chinese and Mandarin;
• Proficient in the use of MSOffice and financial management software and the tax regulations to complete specific tax forms
• Based in Hong Kong, occasional travel to other countries and/or PRC is required
