Responsibilities:

• Participate in the origination and execution processes throughout the deal cycles;
• Prepare various marketing materials and business communication such as presentations, term sheets, contracts；
• Provide periodic report as required;
• Assist on the researcher activities with team;
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.

Requirements:

• A postgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting or relevant disciplines.
• Relevant working experience is not required.
• Good command of spoken & written Chinese and English, fluent in Mandarin.
• Strong interested in research work.
• CFA , CPA is preferred.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

投资助理

岗位职责:

• 协助推进公司金融投资业务，包括调研报告撰写、内部审批、合同修订及签署、投后管理等工作；
• 协助准备业务合同、业务介绍等相关材料；
  
• 定期撰写总结报告、协助推进与业务相关的研究工作；
• 协助完成业务部门相关的行政、对外联系等其它工作。

职位要求:

• 硕士及以上学历，经济学或金融学教育背景；
• 具有较好的中文和英文能力，通晓英文、粤语、普通话；
• 对研究感兴趣；
• 具有CFA、CPA等相关证书者优先；
• 应届毕业生和有工作经验者均可；
• 能马上到岗者优先。
