• Responsible for preparing regular communication, including client service and administrative support 
• Provide quality and professional customer service, handle securities and futures customers' correspondences and enquiries
• Handle securities and futures account opening documents for individual and corporate clients  
• Maintain good relationship with both new and existing customers 

Requirements

• Degree Holder 
• A minimum of 1 year relevant experience in Futures and Securities, experience in banking industry is an advantage;
• Self motivated and responsible 
• Good command of Cantonese, English, fluency in Mandarin is a must 
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
