Job descriptions and responsibilities: 

• Handle loan applications from customers and follow-up the whole process from application to disbursement;
• Provide post drawdown follow-up and operations support. 
• Conduct credit and risk assessment on customers;
• Assist to develop and explore business opportunities;
• Plan advertising and promotional campaigns for the company's business on a variety of media;
• Prepare internal and external reports for the management and regulatory institution if required;
• Handle customers' inquiries;
• Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job requirements:

• Diploma or above;
• At least 2 years of the relevant working experience;
• Wide range of knowledge in personal loans is an Advantage;
• Able to work under pressure, detail-minded and self-motivated.
