• Provide general banking services to customers in order to build and maintain good relationship
• Handle account opening and customer inquiries
• Handle general banking products referring
• Focus on work – life balance

Job requirement:

• HKCEE or above
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience in banking sales or customer service role
• Excellent customer servicing skills
• Strong commitment and good communication skill
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus 
• Qualification of IIQE will be an advantage
