Key responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and executing online media campaigns to raise awareness.
• To develop social media strategies, create content to drive engagement on company’s social media channel such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Weibo, WeChat etc.
• Plan, manage and deliver marketing plans on social media platforms.
• Create campaigns and daily posts for social media sites, aligned to business aspirations and activities as well as our brand personality.
• Manage comments, queries & complaints via social channels, responding to them in a timely manner.
• Other social media and marketing related duties.
• Organize email marketing to develop customer pool.
• To provide support to any ad-hoc projects.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & other requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Social Media Marketing/Business/Marketing related function is preferred.
• At least 1-2 years of working experience preferably related to social media marketing.
• Good project management skills, able to meet tight deadlines.
• Understand market trends and consumer behaviour in beauty industry.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask-handling multiple tasks/project at one time.
• Experience and strong knowledge of the social media platforms and marketing will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with the use of HTML, Javascript, Photoshop, webpage design, SEO and SEM is an advantage.
• Possess good oral and written English, Chinese communication skills, preferably with copywriting and editorial skills.
