Job Responsibilities: 

• Prepare various documents, analysis and records for sourcing, including quotes inquiring, quotation comparisons and proposals, budgetary documents, purchase orders and records for all engineering and construction materials, equipment, plant, tools and consumables;
• Prepare Procurement and Shipping Plans, and coordinate and monitor shipping progress with other departments;
• Administrate and keep all procurement and payment records; and
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Job Requirements: 

• Diploma holder or above.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of work experience, which in construction industry is preferred.
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English, including Putonghua.
• Good team player, quality and detail oriented, good communication skills.
• Well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, independent, responsible and able to work under pressure.
