Responsibilities  

l   Participating in project meeting, claim preparation and relevant reports

l   Prepare variation submission, interim payment application and settlement of final account

l   Communicate with internal and external parties regarding contractual issues.

l   Responsible for managing all aspects of project finance

l   Compile and update commercial accounts and records

Requirements:

l   Higher diploma / degree in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines

l   Minimum 5 years solid experience in QS practice in Building Works

l   Ability to work independently with minimum supervision

l   Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project,
