Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for handling purchase order requisitions, inventory control and reporting relevant to project sites;
• Execute sourcing and purchasing activities;
• Liaise closely with suppliers for their quality of products and services as well as price negotiation / comparison;
• Monitor the overall inventory level;
• Issue the purchase orders and update the status reports regularly;
• Follow up orders in very clear details and keep good communication with suppliers. 

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Purchasing or related disciplines;
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in construction industry;
• Hands-on experience in monitoring of purchasing activities of the construction projects is preferred;
• Sales experience in building materials is an advantage;
• Proficiency in Ms office;
• Logical thinking, fast response, and proactive;
• Immediate available is preferred.
