Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- To maintain the Society’s premises in safe and good conditions, including building service equipment and implement new building works projects.
- To plan and execute the repair and maintenance works.
- To supervise fitting-out works / renovation projects in collaboration with APs.
- To advise on risk issues / monitor compliance issues particularly for occupational safety.
- To analyse tender documents and related documents of fitting-out works projects.
- To produce layout drawings by computer software.
- To perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Building services engineering, Building construction, Electrical engineering or disciplinary related to building works.
- At least 2 years relevant experience.
- Proactive, dynamic, analytical and with strong sense of responsibility and execution.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
