Job Description

Our client is a top tier local developer with High End Mixed-Used Project in Hong Kong and China. We are representing them to look for a Quantity Surveyor Manager/Assistant Quantity Surveyor Manager to join their well establish team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities

Cost Control, Contract Administration, Subletting
Overall Project Management
Final Account Settlement, Claims, VO
Station in Hong Kong

Requirements:

Degree or above Surveying or related discipline
6 years’ experience in Hong Kong/China Projects, previous exposure to Mixed-Used/Hotel projects is preferred
HKIS/RICS member is an advantage
Familiar with costing and estimation
Candidates from Consultancy or Developer are welcome
