Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project management and coordination of building services project
• Review on building services design
• Monitor site progress and installation
• Liaise with government authorities, consultants and contractors etc.

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent disciplines;
• Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience with property developer/consultant firm; 
• Conversant with local government regulation;
• Excellent communication and project coordination skills;
• Good command in both English and Chinese;
