Duties & responsibilities:

• Independently handle hospitality/ residential projects from design concept to site coordination though construction
• Develop conceptual ideas for narrative, sketches and mood board
• Initiate design concept, layouts and material selections
• Handle presentation with concept diagrams, perspective drawings and other means to demonstrate the design
• Manage full sets of presentation and tender documentations
• Develop operational plans for team members, managing execution and measuring results
• Coordinate with internal design support members, professional consultants and project management teams
• Supervise and coach junior staff members in daily works, develop team capabilities, and contribute to team cohesiveness

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma in Interior Design
• Minimum 5 years solid experience in interior design projects
• Experience in hospitality design for international five star hotel will be an advantage
• Strong presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong design ability
• Capable of handling full sets of design drawings, with comprehensive knowledge on project overview and working details
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese, and spoken Putonghua
• Require travelling overseas
• Proficiency inAutoCAD, Photoshop, Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
• Knowledge in Sketchup and 3D Max is preferred
• Willing to work overtime
