Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement business plan and sales strategy to increase market share and achieve growth targets in China market
• Collaborate and report to Top Management on strategic planning to ensure the growth, sustainability and effectiveness of the business
• Overseeing different project teams, business development & executing business projects
• Engaging, motivating and mentor the sales team and able to coordinate a team of professional of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
• Coordinate with both internal and external parties
• Creating, communicating and implementing the department vision, mission and overall direction.
• Handle ad hoc projects

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in business or civil engineering related disciplines
• 10 years experience in senior management role in large-scale organization;
• Strong leadership with great analytical mind, organizational skills and strong commercial acumen
• Good in communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Strong connection in China or worked in China is an advantage
• Fluency in written and spoken Putonghua & English
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Work in Shenzhen
