KGM currently have an opportunity for Business Development Manager

 Responsibilities

Contact architects and developers to develop new projects leads and follow up on contract discussion until the contract is signed. The work is focused in Shanghai but other areas of China are also required to be developed.  Frequent travel to Shanghai is required. The applicant is expected to build a network of clients to generate project leads.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin 
• Fluent in Shanghainese 
• Fluent in English 
• Knowledge of architecture and construction design process.
  
• Can speak the language of Architecture and interior design.
• Knowledge of the design industry in China
• Knowledge of Auto cad, Photoshop a bonus but not essential.
• Knowledge of word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

 Employment Conditions

Regular Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary will be based on each applicants background depending on experience.

 Who Should Apply 

Architects with working experience in China within architectural companies or property developers.

Minimum 10 years experiencing working in architecture or lighting.
