Public Relation Officer (Main Contractor)

Responsibilities:

• To Handle the public complaints, queries, requests, claims, attending neighborhood meetings & any other public concerned issues in connection with the project works;
• Communicate and liaise with the local community and District Council members.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Communications / Public Relations or equivalent;
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in public affairs, community relations, complaint handling, corporate communications and crisis management; 
• Experience in releasing press materials and handling general public esquires;
• Good in both English and Chinese;
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills;
• Well versed in MS office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing)
